Role Description 

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Developer at FPG Technologies & Solutions. The Backend Developer will be responsible for tasks such as software development, programming, and implementing Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. The role is based in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work. 

• Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness 
• Update job knowledge by studying state of the art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain professional networks, participate in professional organization. 

• Understand and implement controls using AngularJS. 

• Improve operations by conducting system analysis, recommend changes in policies and procedures. 

• Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues. 

Qualifications 

• 2-3 years development experience. 

• Experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.  

• Back-End Web Development and Programming expertise. 

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SDLC. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 

• Experience with backend technologies and frameworks 

• Exeprience in one major OO Languages such as JAVA, C++ or C# 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Industry certification is a big plus.
