Interview Tips

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your interview time to avoid lateness
  • Your appearance should be smart and decent. For ladies, no loud makeup or jewelry
  • Try to be calm and relaxed
  • Sit upright and maintain eye contact
  • Come along with your certifications and passport photograph if you can
  • You can also look up past employees on Linkedin to have an understanding of the role you are applying for
  • Listen carefully when a question is asked and understand the questions before responding
  • Make your answers clear, concise and brief

FAQ

Most common question about our Interview Process

After submission, resumes go through a screening process to qualify candidates who meet the minimum requirement. The qualified candidates are further screened and candidates with outstanding qualifications and achievements are shortlisted and invited for either an initial interview or an aptitude test depending on the position of vacancy.

For experienced employees, they will be required to go through either two or three interviews including behavioural tests. For graduate trainees, they may be required to take an aptitude test and then two or three interviews.

Candidates who are successful at any of the stages should expect a reply between 2-5 days after. Unsuccessful candidates will still be notified.

Students who would like to intern with FPG can submit their application and resume to careers@flexipgroup.com stating the role you are interested in and why you want to intern with the Company.
