Role Description

A Senior Software Developer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This position requires expertise in software development best practices, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. 

Role Description 

• Code new and existing software projects using LAMP Stack or other OO language. 

• Drive application development focused around delivering business valuable features   

• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits   

• Maintain architectural integrity of existing code base   

• Validate and track record of delivering robust code according to production standards   

• Solid understanding of the full development life cycle 

• Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness. 

• Update job knowledge by studying state of the art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain professional networks, participate in professional organization. 

• Understand and implement controls using AngularJS  

• Improve operations by conducting system analysis, recommend changes in policies and procedures  

•  Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues. 

Qualifications

• A minimum of BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related discipline
• • A minimum of 4-5 years’ software development experience
• • Experience managing teams or projects
• • Experience with UI/UX fundamentals
• • Experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, NestJs, HTML5 and CSS
• • Understanding of object-oriented principles and SDLC
• • Experience in one major OO languages such JAVA, C++ or C#
• • BSc. Computer Science or related discipline
• • Industry certification is a big plus
