Timothy Adeyemo is the consultant - Chief Finance Officer of Flexip Group where he manages financial planning and budget (with focus on growth) for the company’s annual revenue, in charge of tracking cash flow as well as reporting, quarterly and annual earnings announcements.
With a combined experience of over 20 years in providing accounting services to the group and other organizations, Timothy also oversees tax administration, ensures cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations, performs risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments, manages vendor relationships, collecting credit notes/receipts for withholding tax and VAT withheld, ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
Timothy manages a team of financial controllers and financial analysts and has successfully implemented cost-saving initiatives and productivity tools, including streamlined internal audit procedures and the use of ERP software company-wide, collaborates extensively with other executives to define the company’s revenue targets and align with its objectives and goals.
A graduate of accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan, he became a chartered accountant in 1997. He has worked with the Churchgate Group in various capacities. He moved to ICT industry in the year 2000 when he joined Roe Limited. He later joined Dimension Data Limited Nigeria which is a member of ITT Group in Japan in the year 2004. He's well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and operations, a CFO regarded for leadership and specialized excellence in all areas of Finance. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to examine and understand business needs and deliver comprehensive reports for external groups while going beyond to exceed expectations.
