With over 9 years of experience across marketing, corporate communications, branding, messaging, and positioning, lead generation, public relations, social media, customer service, strategic planning, revenue management, organizational design and innovation, human resource, administration, and events management, including product positioning campaigns. She has worked with various organizations across Telecommunications, PR/Advertising, Training/Consulting and Outsourcing Firms in Nigeria. She has strong cultural competence in leading and managing partners as well as a team motivator.

Joy Ehibor's greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She is a Go-getter, known for her exceptional communications, ability to design powerful messages that deliver growth, establish customer loyalty, and relationship management skills with people. She believes in Go-beyond to exceed expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. She is a passionate philanthropist, a mentor, and loves to influence and transform lives positively.

Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Benin and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
